About Me

My name is Simone, I'm currently 22 years old and I'm the owner of Simone's Merch Shop. I live in The Netherlands and I've been running this shop for nearly 4 years now, all on my own. Apart from my business, I also work as a dietitian!

How I Started My Business

As a long time music fan, I’ve always been proud to wear merchandise from my favourite artists. However, I sometimes found official products to be too obvious or too overpriced.

In 2017, I came up with the idea to open my own shop. My goal was to make more subtle and affordable products from my home in The Netherlands. I first started on Etsy where I made and sold tote bags and T-shirts. And after 2 years I was able to expanded my shop with pop sockets and embroided crewnecks which became a huge success.

I run this shop completely on my own. I print the orders, pack them, do the social media/marketing, answer all the e-mail/messages, come up with the ideas and so much more. I'm so so grateful I get to do this. It gives me great joy to see people all around the world ordering my designs and getting positive feedback. It makes my day!
